What should the seating arrangements be?
When the service is expected to have less than 20 guests, rearranging the seating can create a more intimate ambience.
The seating could be arranged in a semi-circle, closer to the front of the venue, and this overcomes the feeling of the venue being almost empty.
Even if the venue is a church with pews, it is worth asking the minister if you can move some chairs up to front of the church.
